Law Quote of the Day #2

The following quote is from a fact parenthetical used in Davis v. [Diana] Ross, which was heard in the District Court of the Southern District of New York in 1985:

"plaintiff's medical and psychiatric history discoverable
where plaintiff alleged mental anguish as result of the
entry on his medical chart that he was a hypochondriac."

It's really sad that little things like this can totally make my day. I guess I just need some cheer in my life... even if it comes out of my civil procedure book.
